IPTV reseller program

IPTV Reseller Canada: Your Own Panel, Our Service

Our IPTV reseller program lets you sell IPTV West service to your own customers. You buy credits, create lines in your IPTV reseller panel, and look after the people you already help with their TVs. We run the servers and back you up when something needs our side.

How it works

How the IPTV reseller program works

It runs on credits. One credit is one month of service for one connection. You spend credits when you create or renew a line for a customer, and you decide how long each line runs.

Credits used per line
Line you createCredits used
1 Month, 1 connection1 credit
3 Months, 1 connection3 credits
6 Months, 1 connection6 credits
12 Months, 1 connection12 credits
12 Months, 2 connections24 credits

You set your own prices and collect payment from your customers yourself. If you're wondering what to charge, our retail IPTV Canada pricing is public. Credits are paid by Interac e-Transfer, the same way our regular customers pay.

Is it for you?

Who the reseller program suits

  • People who already set up TVs for family, friends and neighbours.
  • Computer, phone and TV repair shops that keep getting asked about cutting cable.
  • Installers who mount TVs and set up home Wi-Fi.
  • Anyone who can help a language community in its own language, from Punjabi to Portuguese to Tagalog.

It doesn't suit you if you want money with no work. Your customers will text you when the TV guide goes blank on a Sunday night. If that sounds fine, keep reading.

The panel

What you can do in the IPTV reseller panel

The panel works in a web browser, on your phone or your computer.

  • Create lines

Make a username and password for a customer, choose the months and connections, and send them the login. The credits come off your balance.

  • Give trials

Set up a short trial line so a customer can test on their own TV before they pay you.

  • Renew

Add months to an existing line. The customer keeps the same login, so they don't have to touch their TV.

  • See expiry dates

Every line shows its end date, so you can remind people before they run out, not after.

Getting started

How to start reselling

  1. Try the service yourself

Take the free 24-hour trial on your own TV. You should know what you're selling.

  2. Message us

Write to us through online support with your name, your city and roughly how many customers you have in mind. We answer questions before you pay anything.

  3. Pick a pack and pay

Choose a credit pack and pay by Interac e-Transfer.

  4. Get your panel login

We send your panel address and login, and walk you through creating your first line.

  5. Make a test line for yourself

Install it on your own device and check it end to end before your first customer does. Our Fire TV Stick setup steps and IPTV Smarters Pro guide are yours to share with customers.

The rules

Five rules every reseller follows

Short list. We hold every reseller to it.

  • No "lifetime" deals. Service runs by the month. "Lifetime" or "forever" access is a promise nobody can keep, and those customers end up angry at you and at us.
  • No spam. Don't send mass texts or paste the same ad into every community group, and never post fake reviews. Word of mouth and truthful ads only.
  • You handle first-line support. Your customers contact you first. Most questions are app setup, Wi-Fi or a typo in the login, and our setup guides cover those.
  • We back you up. If it's on our side, like a server or a channel, send it to us with the line's username and we'll handle it.
  • Be straight about what you sell. Don't promise particular channels or "never buffers". Give people a trial line and let them see for themselves.

A reseller who keeps breaking these loses the panel. Two links worth saving for your customers: our internet speed guide for buffering questions, and our IPTV provider checklist for anyone still comparing. We're happy to be judged by it.

FAQ

IPTV reseller questions

What is an IPTV reseller panel?

It's a web page where you create and manage IPTV lines for your own customers. You spend credits to make new lines, give trials, renew customers and check when each line expires.

How many credits does a 12-month line use?

12 credits for one connection, 24 credits for two. One credit always equals one month for one connection, so the math stays simple.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. What you charge your customers is up to you. We only ask that you don't sell "lifetime" access or advertise with spam.

Do I have to handle support for my customers?

Yes, first-line support is yours: setup, logins and Wi-Fi questions. When the problem is on our side, like a server or a channel, send it to us and we fix it.

Can my customers get a free trial?

Yes. You can create trial lines from your panel, so people test on their own TV before they pay you.

How do I pay for reseller credits?

By Interac e-Transfer, the same way our regular customers pay. Message us through online support and we send the details.

Can I try IPTV West before becoming a reseller?

Please do. The free 24-hour trial gives you every channel, and it's the best way to know what you'll be selling.

Want to talk it through first?

Tell us about your customers. If reselling doesn't make sense for you, we'll say so.
